You may open a Florida 529 Savings Plan Account year-round. The 2023 - 2024 Open Enrollment period for the Stanley G. Tate Florida Prepaid College Program has ended. If you wish to submit a Prepaid Plan Application, it will be processed during the 2024 - 2025 Open Enrollment period.
